Yup, they'll find it, but, will they fix it? It sounds like it could be the petcock. Stef's runs better in prime, as do many others on this board. I think the dealer will be most helpfull in finding a way to get your cash out of your pocket, and that's about all they will do for you. You didn't say in your post, but, how do you have your idle screw set? Did this problem just start, or has it been happening for a long time? Is it getting colder where you live? I have to set the idle up a bit on all our bikes when the temps outside start to drop, and lower the idle when the temps start to rise. Most likely, that is your problem...idle set a little too low. This time of year, here in the USA, as the nights are cold and the days are warm, you may have to reset the idle a few times throughout the day to keep'em running right.

Or, if you think your idle is OK, then it may just be the petcock.
